A little bit O' green in your life might help... and Maybe a lil bit O' Coconut too!

Alright,

I had a baby boy about 2 months ago and certainly have been slacking on getting back to my pre-baby.. pre-newly awesome relationship that I got comfy in .... BODY BACK! HAHA!

SO......

Its time for new goals... new challenges.. and a new way of eating.!! AGAIN!


FOR STARTERS.. Lets go over two different things:

1.) Coconut oil... Coconut anything.. is super good for your body. Let me give you a list of the benefits coconut oil has to offer

- Hair
- Skin
- Stress
- Cholesterol Levels
- Weight Loss (C'mon now.. that alone should intrigue you to try it)

So today at the store I came across this lil product



Thought I would give it a try. Its only 8oz as you can see. So the container is a tad bit small compared to regular spread. BUT it was also only 1.99. Which isn't so bad for an organic, dairy, gluten, soy free product.. RIGHT?  So, the container says its got a sweet taste to it..but I said.. EFF IT.. I'm going to put it in my noodles.. and let me tell you.. couldn't taste the difference.. maybe a hint of sweet... but it was good!!! Probably one of my new favorite things!


OKAY and Secondly

2.) PROTEIN. Its your friend.

I came across this recipe from another blogger. And it caught my eye! Its this BIG GREEN smoothie. Chocked full of protein! and she claims it tastes amazing! SO I'm going to give that a whirl as well... and if all goes well I will def share the link to her blog for her recipe. :)
